3. Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan

• 3 keyword analyses per day
• Basic blueprint features
• No credit card required
• Resets daily at midnight

Pro Plan ($29/month)

• Unlimited keyword analyses
• Full blueprint with all features
• Payment via PayPal
• Cancel anytime by emailing support@myseokingtool.com

Agency Plan ($99/month)

• Everything in Pro plus team features
• 10 team seats
• White label reports

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed via PayPal. By subscribing you agree to:

• Monthly billing on the date of subscription
• No automatic refunds for partial months
• Refund requests within 7 days of payment will be considered
• To cancel, email support@myseokingtool.com before next billing date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts
• Use automated bots to make excessive API requests
• Resell or redistribute our analysis results without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer our ML models or algorithms
• Use the tool for illegal purposes

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MySEOKingTool provides SEO recommendations based on AI analysis of current SERP data. We do NOT guarantee:

• Specific ranking positions in Google
• Traffic increases
• Revenue growth
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated recommendations

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, competition, and content quality.

7. Intellectual Property

The MySEOKingTool platform, including its AI models, UI, and brand, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you create using our recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySEOKingTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
